These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and uubet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at uubet.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content provided by uubet, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, and arcade gaming services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the uubet platform.

uubet is operated for the entertainment of eligible adult users. These Terms are written in English and are binding in that language. Any translations provided are for informational convenience only; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the uubet website, mobile-optimised site, applications, and all associated services operated at uubet.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the funds held within a User's Account on the Platform, including real-money balances and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a User's Account subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under applicable compliance and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or from which Players are not permitted to register Accounts.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian Users.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery, or other wagering product available through the Platform.

Access to and use of the uubet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. uubet does not permit the registration of accounts by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority applicable in the User's jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a natural person and not as a corporate entity, agent, or proxy acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be an existing or former uubet employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing persons, unless explicit written permission has been granted by uubet management.
• You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or self-excluded from the Platform, unless the exclusion period has formally expired and uubet has confirmed reinstatement in writing.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used.

4.1 Registration Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. uubet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify uubet immediately via live support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your Account or any funds, credits, or bonuses therein. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.

uubet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. All Users are required to complete identity verification prior to or upon requesting their first withdrawal, and at any other time uubet reasonably deems necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

Verification typically requires submission of the following documents. Acceptable formats are clearly JPEG, PNG, or PDF uploaded through the Platform's secure document portal:

• Valid government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport (both sides where applicable).
• Proof of current residential address — utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months.
• A clear selfie photograph of the User holding their photo ID, confirming identity.
• Where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account matching the registered name).

5.2 Processing Time

uubet will process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours on standard business days. Users will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. During the review period, deposits remain available; withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.

uubet supports a range of deposit methods tailored for Malaysian players. Accepted methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). 6.1 Deposit Minimums

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly indicated on the deposit interface. As a general reference, minimum deposits for e-wallet methods start from MYR 30, while bank transfer minimums start from MYR 100.

6.2 Funds Ownership

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source, that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used, and that the deposit does not constitute a breach of any applicable laws. uubet reserves the right to return funds and close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe deposited funds are derived from unlawful activity.

6.3 Currency

The Platform's primary operating currency for Malaysian Users is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor; uubet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

Verified Users may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. uubet is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without manufactured delays.

7.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative times and may be exceeded during periods of high platform volume.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your current real-money wallet balance. Bonus funds and unmet rollover amounts are not eligible for direct withdrawal.
• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering return-to-source obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal interface. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Withdrawal Holds

uubet reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours where additional security or compliance review is required. The User will be notified of any hold and the reason where permissible under applicable compliance rules. uubet will not hold withdrawal requests beyond this period without specific legal or regulatory justification.

uubet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of this Agreement when claimed.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion. The applicable rollover must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is generally capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap while bonus funds are in play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute 10% to 20%; some game types contribute 0%. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified per promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds and any related winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a promotion is designated as a "sticky" or "non-cashable" bonus, the bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from the bonus (in excess of the bonus credit amount) are eligible for withdrawal after rollover completion.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

uubet actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using systematic low-risk betting strategies to circumvent rollover requirements, exploiting promotional errors, or any other conduct intended to unfairly extract value from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, uubet reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant Account.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade). The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except where explicitly provided for within the relevant product rules (e.g., cash-out feature on eligible sportsbook markets).
• uubet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market or game affected by a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the User's Account.
• Winnings from sportsbook bets are calculated based on the confirmed odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. Late odds changes do not affect confirmed bet settlements.
• For live sports betting markets, uubet reserves the right to suspend or limit markets at any time. Bets placed prior to suspension remain valid unless voided on technical grounds.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. uubet does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a disputed settlement, the decision of uubet's compliance and trading team is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process initiated by the User within 30 days of the disputed settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uubet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through proxies, associates, or third parties.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or exploitation of bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any financial transactions unrelated to genuine recreational gambling.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive conduct directed at uubet staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or other Users' accounts.

All content on the uubet Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of uubet or its licensed providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: scrape, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; use any uubet trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of uubet's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uubet's total liability to any User arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

uubet expressly excludes liability for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) interruptions to the Platform's availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (d) third-party payment provider delays or errors beyond uubet's direct control; (e) the User's own acts or omissions, including failure to safeguard login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits uubet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

uubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder; or a legally valid instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

13.1 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting uubet's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus balances not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification.

13.2 Self-Exclusion

Where a voluntary Account closure is motivated by problem gambling concerns, uubet encourages you to request a formal self-exclusion rather than a simple closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards against re-registration. Self-exclusion options are available through the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform or by contacting support directly.

uubet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or escaping personal problems.

uubet provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all Users at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts after a specified session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and include measures to prevent re-registration.

uubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, uubet will provide Users with reasonable advance notice through the Platform (e.g., via an on-screen notification or email to the registered address) prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which uubet is licensed and operates. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so voluntarily and on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

16.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact uubet's support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved promptly at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

16.2 Formal Disputes

If an issue cannot be resolved through the informal support process, you may submit a formal written complaint to uubet at the email address set out in Clause 17. uubet will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied following uubet's final response, you may seek recourse through any dispute resolution mechanism available under your applicable licensing framework.
